Subscriptions and Refunds
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This page answers the usual questions about paying for Stylova: what you buy and from whom, how a plan renews, how to cancel it, how to ask for a refund and when to write to us. Payments for the app are made only through the App Store, so most of these steps take place in your Apple Account.
The key points:
- Stylova is free to download. Paid plans are subscriptions bought inside the app, and Apple takes the payment.
- You cancel in your Apple Account, not in the app, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Apple decides on refunds. You ask for one on reportaproblem.apple.com.
- For anything else, write to support@hairstylestryon.com. We answer within one to two working days.
What can I buy in Stylova?
Stylova is free to download. Some features need a paid plan, a subscription you buy inside the app on the App Store. At the time of writing there are two plans, a weekly and a yearly one, and the App Store shows the current price in your currency before you confirm anything.
This website does not sell anything. You cannot buy a plan here, and the website never asks for card or bank details. Stylova is an app, so nothing is shipped and there is nothing to return.
Who takes the payment?
Apple takes the payment with the payment method in your Apple Account and emails you a receipt from Apple. Stylova does not receive or store your card details, and we will never ask you for them, by email or in any other way.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes. A Stylova subscription renews at the end of each period, every week or every year, until you cancel it in your Apple Account. Apple may charge the renewal up to 24 hours before the new period begins, so cancel at least 24 hours before the current one ends if you do not want to pay for the next.
If the price of a plan goes up, Apple notifies you and, where this is required, asks for your agreement before the plan continues at the new price.
How do I cancel my Stylova subscription?
Cancel it in your Apple Account, not in the Stylova app: in Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then the Stylova subscription, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends if you do not want to pay for the next one. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Step by step, on your phone or tablet:
- In Settings, tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Stylova subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to find the button. If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red, the subscription is already cancelled.
Apple also lets you cancel on the web and on other devices. The steps for each are on its page Cancel a subscription from Apple.
Does deleting the app cancel the subscription?
No. Deleting Stylova from your phone or tablet does not cancel the subscription; it keeps renewing until you cancel it in your Apple Account. Once it is cancelled, Apple shows the date on which it expires. When it ends, the features that need a paid plan are no longer available in the app.
What if I cannot find my subscription?
Search your email for "receipt from Apple" or "invoice from Apple". The receipt shows which Apple Account paid for the plan; sign in with that account to cancel it. If a family member's Apple Account is on the receipt, that person has to cancel the subscription, and you cannot cancel it for them.
Stylova plans are sold only through the App Store. If you find no receipt from Apple, check your bank or card statement to see which company charged you.
How do I get a refund?
Ask Apple. Apple takes the payment, so Apple decides on refunds, and Stylova cannot refund an App Store purchase itself. You make the request on reportaproblem.apple.com in a few steps, listed below. If you no longer want the plan, cancel it as well.
To ask Apple for a refund:
- Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund".
- Choose the reason, then Next.
- Choose the Stylova subscription, then Submit.
- If you do not see the charge, it may have been made with another Apple Account. Sign in with the account named on the receipt. If you organize a Family Sharing group, you can also ask for a refund of a purchase charged to the shared payment method.
- A charge that is still pending cannot be refunded yet. Wait for the receipt, then try again.
Whether a purchase can be refunded depends on Apple's terms for your country and on your local consumer law, and nothing on this page limits the rights that law gives you. For a refund you cannot request on reportaproblem.apple.com, contact Apple Support. Apple explains the process on its page Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
How long does a refund take?
Apple says to allow 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request, and it lets you check the status of the request. If Apple approves the refund, the money can take longer to return to your payment method.
Can I withdraw within 14 days in the EU or the UK?
Yes, for the first purchase of a subscription. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, Apple's terms there let you withdraw within 14 days of receiving the receipt, without giving a reason; renewals are not covered, and the terms name one exception. Apple refunds you no later than 14 days after it receives your notice.
You withdraw in your Apple Account under Purchase History by choosing "Withdraw Transaction". The exception: the right does not apply once delivery has started at your request and you have accepted that you lose it. The terms for each country are on Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
When should I contact Stylova?
Write to support@hairstylestryon.com if a paid feature does not work, if you were charged and the plan is not active in the app, or if anything on this page is unclear. Tell us the date of the charge and what happened. Do not send card numbers; we never need them. We answer within one to two working days.
The Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy apply as well.
