These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Stylova ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application (the "Application") and website.

2. Use of the Application

The Stylova App allows you to upload photos and apply AI-powered hairstyle and color try-ons. By using the Application, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload explicit, offensive, or inappropriate images.
  • Attempt to bypass or hack any security features of the Application.
  • Use the Application for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
  • Upload photos of third parties without their explicit consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

4. User Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating the hairstyle preview. We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with third parties without your permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Application and our services will be at your sole risk. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Application's content or the realistic outcome of the AI-generated images compared to real-life haircuts or coloring.
